Self-contained, super high efficiency direct laser computer to screen image & exposure unit, operated by PC with optional RIP. Designed to efficiently image and expose one screen up to 39”x59” or two screens up to a maximum size 23”x31” without vacuum or film positives.

 

The Laser-Jet Vertical is a Direct Laser CTS (computer-to-screen) (LTS) image and exposure unit. It takes into account the contemporary needs of stencil makers with an eye toward future challenges that will demand more efficient and precise results. Made to surpass all others while simultaneously provide enhancements to time and money spent producing stencils, as well as your ecological footprint. The Laser-Jet Vertical has a glass free vertical loading and frame lock system to ensure accuracy and easy screen placement for reduced pinholes. It has a solid metal construction which provides a vibration free stencil making platform while maintaining a smaller footprint than other CTS machines.
